HDK complains to Guv
DH News Service, Bangalore:
Former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy has lodged a complaint with the Governor Rameshwar Thakur against B S Yeddyurappa, for taking major administrative decisions in the Cabinet even before proving his majority on the floor of the House, according to sources.

Mr Yeddyurappa in the Cabinet meeting, comprising only BJP ministers, had cleared two airport projects and purchase of bicycles at a higher rate.

Annul
An upset Kumaraswamy lodged a complaint with the Governor, urging him to annul all those decisions, sources said. However, the Governor has not taken any decision so far.

The sources said that the Governor is reluctant to hold janata dharshans in Vidhana Soudha, until Parliament decides the fate of the State Assembly. “The political scene is not clear as yet. Any political party may stake claim to form the government,” the sources added.

However, he has directed Chief Secretary P B Mahishi to ensure smooth functioning of the day-to-day administration. He is also waiting for the appointment of his advisors, sources added.
