Infiniti launches ‘Croma’ in City
Tata Consultancy Services CEO & MD S Ramadorai, on Friday, inaugurated  “Croma”, a national chain of multi brand consumer electronic and durable store at Brigade Road. The store, spread across 20,000 sq feet, is the entry of Infiniti Retail Ltd in South India for the first time. We are sure that the launch of Croma will be a whole new retail experience for consumers in Bangalore. With the widest range of products, unparalleled customer service and a unique shopping experience, the Croma mega stores will set new benchmarks in the consumer durables and electronics retailing in South India, said Mr Ramadorai.

Acer’s SMS   Dealer Locator
Acer India, announced on Friday a new initiative for customers to help find the closest Acer authorised retailer in their location through an SMS dealer locator system. Customers can now use the SMS Locator to find the closest Acer malls and Acer points by just sending an SMS <acer (space) location> to 53030. Acer also provides the option of availing a list of all the Acer branded stores in their city by typing <acer> on their mobile phones and sending it to 53030. The ‘SMS Dealer Locator’ facility is being offered to Acer’s customers across Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahemdabad, Chandigarh and Jaipur.

Indian Bank opens new ATM
Indian Bank, on Friday, opened an onsite ATM at its Cubbonpet Main Road branch. The ATM was inaugurated by Indian Bank CMD M S Sundara Rajan in the presence of Karnataka Wakf Board Chairman Khalid Ahmed and BBMP Special Commissioner (Projects) K R Srinivasa. This is the 19th ATM in Bangalore city and 23rd ATM in Bangalore circle, the bank informed. The Bank plans to open 5 more ATMs in the City this year. The Bank is also planning to hold ‘Home Loan Mela’ next week in selected Indian Bank branches in Bangalore, the bank informed.

InstaColl’s Live Document
InstaColl, on Thursday, announced the launch of Live Documents, a hybrid online-offline Office suite of applications. Live Documents is a full-featured suite of online Office productivity applications offering functionality equivalent to Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This allow users to view and edit documents within any common browser on any operating system from anywhere. Live Documents also converts Microsoft Office applications from static standalone software to smart clients that are connected to the Internet and facilitate.

Cavin Cally store in Bangalore
Tulsiyaan Ideas Group, through its subsidiary Manmohan Apparel Solutions, launched its maiden men’s apparel venture, by opening up four men’s apparel and lifestyle stores at Banashankari, Basveshwaranagar, Rajajinagar and Malleshwaram, in Bangalore on Friday. Apparels are launched under the brand name “Cavin Cally.”

Andhra Bank’s new office in City
Andhra Bank, on Friday, announced in Bangalore that it has opened a new branch at Yelhanka with an onsite ATM. Andhra Bank CMD Dr K Ramakrishnan inaugurated the new branch and the onsite ATM. The Bank has 27 branches in Bangalore and 44 branches in Karnataka. It also has 17 ATMs in the City and 20 ATMs across Karnataka.
