Two-day CPM  conference, being held at the Jamuna factory premises here, will conclude on Sunday. The conference will be held at  Sanna Guddaiah Vedike, Chikkaveeraiah Auditorium and K R Nayak nagar, informed K N Subraiahmanya, B Umesh and Nisar Ahmed.

Legislator and member of party board secretary G V Sri Rama Reddy will address the public on this ocassion.

Madhav, Meenakshi Sundaram, Mahammed Dastagir will also speak on the ocassion. CPM district secretary Sayed Mujib will preside over.

Party leaders representing various taluks will take part in the conference. The They participants will raise their voice against communal forces disturbing peace in the countr, said a party release. The conference will also discuss the ill effects of privatisation and globalisation.

Schemes for the poor

Participants of the conference will also urge for  the implementation of various schemed such as ration cards for those below poverty line.

Fast implementation of irrigation projects and employment guarantee scheme will be part of day long discussions, the party release said.
