Rs 20 crore unearthed
The Karnataka Lokayukta police on Saturday morning raided the office, residence and other premises of Mr B Srinivasa Reddy, MD, Karnataka Urban Water Supply and Drainage Board (KUWSDB) and unearthed cash and immovable property, worth more than Rs 20 crore, disproportionate to known sources of income.
Assam violence: 5 killed, curfew on
An indefinite curfew was clamped in Assams main city of Guwahati on Saturday after five people were killed and more than 130 wounded, 30 of them critically, in a mob attack on tribal protesters.
More attacks, warns e-mail
