This refers to the regularisation scheme recently. Many of the flat buyers do not know the extent of deviation.
Hence the government should target the flat promoters by stopping permissions for development and should not give further approvals to the builders unless they regularise. In this way, the government can avoid violations by the flat promoters who are the real culprits. They should not penalise the persons who have bought the flats after paying hefty money.
