Addressing reporters, the former chief justice of India said the agenda includes removal of corruption through a multiple approach including re-examining/re-inforcing existing laws, introduction of virtual courts and even confiscation of illegally acquired property of the guilty by the government.
Dr Seshagiri who was the head of the National Informatics Centre (NIC), has suggested use of modern technology to approach the SC. Centre for Standards in Public Life hopes that virtual e-courts would encourage more people to file PILs against corruption from Bangalore.
