A two acre-34 gunta site in Pattandur Agrahara Village (K R Pura Hobli) was auctioned at a whopping Rs 12.7 crore (see box), 352.92 per cent of the area’s guidance value.
The Department also auctioned a one acre-10 gunta site in Nimbekayipura Village (Bidarahalli Hobli) for Rs 1.6 crore, 266.66 per cent of the guidance value.
The big catch of the day was a 10-gunta site in Doddagubbi Village, that was auctioned for Rs 64 lakh, 640 per cent of the area guidance value. While eight sites were auctioned on Friday, a 15-gunta site in Doddagubbi Village could not find response from the bidders.
