India added two gold and one silver medal in its kitty at the second Asian Indoor Games with Grandmaster Krishnan Sasikiran and Koneru Humpy winning gold in individual blitz chess and Geet Sethi grabbing second spot in the billiards singles here on Friday.
Sasikiran earned his second gold medal when he defeated Kazhgaleyev Murtas of Kazakhstan.
Humpy beat Qatar’s Chen Zhu.
In cue sports, Thailand’s Praput Chaithanasakun won the gold in men’s billiards singles defeating Geet Sethi in the final.
The bronze medal went to Singapore’s Peter Gilchrist.
Indian medal tally thus swelled to eight gold, seven silver and six bronze and are placed sixth in the medals tally.
