Vijaya Charitable Trust (Mangalore) in association with Hiland Hospital, Rotary Misty Hills (Madikeri) will organise free cleft lip check-up and treatment camp on November 25.
Addressing a press meet here on Monday, Vijaya Charitable Trust President Dr Naveenrao and Rotary Misty Hills President K K Vishwanath said the camp will be held at Rotary Bhavana from 9.30 am onwards.
He said Trust has treated 200 patients so far. Last year, 18 patients have been treated.
Paediatrician Dr Naveenkumar said hereditary and consuming medicine without consulting doctors during pregnancy results in cleft lip. He said cleft lip is curable at the right time.
