Acting on the application of Dr Bisoi, Justice Bipin Sanghi said till the disposal of the petition the order of suspension had been stayed.

Advocate Mukta Gupta appearing for Ramadoss, opposed the stay. She submitted that ever since the order of suspension was issued by Mr Ramadoss, the junior doctors had kept the institute in ransom, saying “people have been threatened and work in the premier institute had been hampered”.
