The manager, who manages people in the organisation, should see that the environment under which employees are working should be properly taken care of and necessary motivational factors should be introduced to increase the stamina and strength of employees.
It is needless to mention that sincere and honest employees of an organisation or an institution are really invaluable assets. Assets of any type can be bought by paying more money in the market. But one cannot buy sincere and honest employees anywhere in the world.
So, preserve them and keep them happy forever in the organisation as long as they wish to be a part of it (organisation) by discharging their duties efficiently and effectively.
Who is a sincere employee? Sometimes, higher authorities may feel that they would get more work force from outside in case if an employee exists from an organisation. Yes, of course, an organisation can attract more and better employees but they may not get honest and sincere employees, who are real assets of an organisation indeed.
A sincere employee is one who takes the organisation to the people voluntarily and with pride, propagating the good work done by the organisation or an institution. A sincere employee is one who takes care of the organisation and works for its betterment.
A sincere employee is one who is ready to sacrifice his time and energy for the fulfillment of the task that has assigned to him. And finally a sincere employee is one who never distinguishes between his things with those of the organisations. It means, he takes care of the assets of an organisation and he protects them as if they belong to him.
Employees with more enthusiasm: If an employee has more enthusiasm, he will come forward to take up higher responsibilities on his own. He is willing to do more work. He does work happily and and enthusiastically.
For such type of willing employees, necessary and suitable encouragement could be given by way of awarding higher responsibilities and authorities to discharge their duties on their own.
Higher authorities should also see that the enthusiasm in employees should glow forever. Employees with enthusiasm will work so curiously that they will never look at the clock but they work like a clock!
Congenial atmosphere for employees: In view of the above, it is the duty of the manager or head of the organisation to see that necessary appreciation and encouragement should be given such employees so that the enthusiasm and interest in their mind will glow forever to work with great curiosity.
Good manager
The manager, who manages people in the organisation, should see that the environment under which employees are working should be properly taken care of and necessary motivational factors should be introduced to increase the stamina and strength of employees.
This type of congenial atmosphere will go a long way in stimulating the interest in the minds of employees to discharge their duties more efficiently than earlier. If an honest and hard working employee is eligible or entitled for a benefit of any sort, he or she should be given without any unduly delay. It would still be worse if a right kind of employee is not given the benefit, which he is entitled for.
Avoidance
It is very sad that sometimes, authorities in some organisations will give some elusive reply or they give some rosy picture to avoid that particular moment. But actually, they never put them into practice. This type of elusive and escaping answers will demoralise the interest of the employees.
Mind set of demoralised employees: If once the employees are demoralised, their way of thinking and their work culture will differ. They still work but they don’t work with belongingness.
They lose interest in their work as well as in the organisation. They do work just because they are paid for. This type of mind-set in the employees will tarnish the image of the organisation in one way or the other.
So, higher authorities in the organisation should properly evaluate the employees in general and they should keep honest and sincere employees happy and content, in particular.
Unpleasant atmosphere: On the other hand, if an employee with good record and with good qualities is not given what is due to him, he will not only disgust and disappoint, but also quit the organisation sooner or later.
If, by chance, an employee, who is not up to the mark, is given more preference and prominence than the sincere one, the entire environment in the organisation will get polluted and the stability of the organisation will be at stake in most cases sooner or later.
To avoid this type of unpleasant atmosphere, authorities in the work place should deal with all type of employees carefully without any disparity or bias, without giving any room for discrimination amongst employees.
