Foldr Monitr is a free tool, runs in the background, monitors a selected folder (and optionally subfolders) to upload photos to your Flickr account. It can be set to watch the location you transfer your photos to from your camera, and these are automatically sent to Flickr, straight away. Photos can also be uploaded to a chosen set or to automatically generated sets based on the names of the sub folders in which they reside on your computer. Foldr Monitr can be used and distributed for free but should not be sold alone or as part of a software collection without permission. And, there are no warranties!
