At Vidhana Soudha, officials started removing the name plates of ministers of Kumaraswamy Cabinet, hung at their respective offices, while designation as the chief minister and the deputy chief minister in front of their official residence were erased.

Soon after President’s rule was imposed, the name plates of JD(S) ministers were also brought down.
All BJP members who were ministers, including Mr Yediyurappa, have already handed over their official vehicles. All vehicles are now parked at ‘Anugraha’ (the CM’s residence).

At ‘Krishna’, the official residence of the CM, was totally deserted, except for some security personnel.
Mr Kumaraswamy was at his guest house in Sadashivanagar till afternoon and he later came to Anugraha.  He spent most part of the day meeting the party MLAs and his friends.
