India through expat eyes
Titled Beautiful India Photo Competition for Expatriates, this is the only photo competition for expats in the country. Organised by Global Adjustments, an organisation that helps expats make India their home, its an attempt to see India through their eyes. Thus, 202 frames capturing images that expats believed best described India were put on display. All in colour, the photographs had to be clicked in India in a three-week time frame.
Eat right as you age
Neglecting timely meals and changes in taste makes it impossible to get nutrients like calcium,VitaminD,VitaminC, iron and sometimes even enough calories and protein for day to day activities. Due to this, elders tend to feel weak and tired. There are an increasing number of seniors who suffer from arthritis, pain in their legs and weight problems and this makes them unable to exercise.
