Revenue Department has started the process of receiving records from the land owners, whose lands have been acquired for the extension of the National Highway-7, in order to provide them with the compensation.
The officers of the department will be collecting the records from on October 18 at 11 am in the villages of Adiganapalli, Hosadudya, Narepalli, Gantavaripalli, Kondareddypalli, Mettadalla Dinne, Kottakote, Mangasandra, Paragodu in Bagepalli taluk.
On October 25 at 11 am the records will be collected from the villages of Kalkipapanahalli, Chendooru, Kodiganahalli, Yaralakkenahalli, Ramaganahalli, Doddanemcharlu, Upakuntahalli, Ragamakalahalli, Kurabara Hosahalli, Gopurahalli, Lakshmisagara, Varlakonda in Gudibande taluk.
Along with the application the land owners are also expected to furnish three passport size photographs, a bond paper worth Rs 100, land documents, revenue receipts and photo copies of EC.
Farmers of the Bagepalli taluk will be given the relief amount on October 31 and the farmers of Gudibande taluk will be given the compensation amount on November 7, informed a National Highway Special Land Acquisition Officer.
