Director, actor Prem on Thursday secured bail in a cheque bounce case in a Bailhongal court.

An arrest warrant against the director following a complaint by Producer Prakash Sogalada that a Rs 1 lakh cheque issued by Prem had bounced. Prakash had moved the court. As Prem had not appeared before it, the court had issued an arrest warrant. He gave a personal surety of Rs 10,000 and secured bail.
