I'm a 18 years old. I want to increase my height and reduce my weight. I have fat deposits under my chest and buttocks, which make me embarrassed. So please help me get into shape.
For a height of 5'2", your ideal weight range should be between 53- 56 kg. You should concentrate on losing weight first, automatically you will look taller. Best way of losing weight is by working out your body in such a manner that it is not only effective but also enjoyable. For example, take up a sport which you have a liking for, or involve a friend in your evening walks. Listen to music while working out; simply dance if you have to. It's a perfect way to start sensitising your body to physical activity. You will also notice, that as a result of consistent work outs, the fat deposits will also reduce.
I'm 13 years old. My height is 5’2’’ and weight is 60 kg. I am obese, especially near my tummy. I have no time for exercises. I have a hunchback especially below my neck which makes me look odd. I have a double chin and I cannot go walking because there are a lot of dogs and no good parks in my locality. Help me.
It is really sad that the outdoors is not a viable option for you as of now. For a 13-year old, playing a sport is the best work out. Take up spot jogging in your room for 30 minutes every morning. Spot jog in a way that you are not thumping your feet against the ground, but walking up the stairs. If you have a set of stairs, do those stairs 20 times for starters. Food wise, I would recommend staying off chocolates, chips, fried food, sweets and savouries. This requires will power but you can do it. Follow this for at least six months and see the difference.
