Prime Minister Manmohan Singh leaves here tomorrow on five-day visit to Nigeria, South Africa, during which trilateral relations between the countries will get a boost. Brazil and South Africa are both members of the Nuclear Suppliers Group and the two countries may be interested in what is happening on the Indo-US nuclear deal.
