Birur MLA S L Dharmegowda offered bagina at Ayyanakere. He visited Ballaleshwara temple and after offering pooja, he offered ganga pooja to the kere. Later all the farmers of the surrounding regions also offered bagina.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA said Rs 3.50 crore has been sanctioned for the rejuvination of Ayyanakere. A sum of Rs 1.50 crore has been utilised to undertake various works.
