Monsoon was weak over the State. Dry weather prevailed over the State. Maximum temperatures fell at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. They were appreciably above normal at most places over South Interior Karnataka; above normal at most places being appreciably so at many places over Coastal Karnataka and above normal at many places over South Interior Karnataka. Minimum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably below normal at many places over North Interior Karnataka and at a few placeover South Interior Karnataka; however they were above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.

Forecast: Forecast valid until the morning of Tuesday: Mainly dry weather may prevailed over all the districts of the State.

Outlook for subsequent two days: No significant change is expected over the State.
