Students from various schools in the City congregated at the Cubbon Park recently to attend 'October Storm' organised by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and Acoustic Traditional as part of the global celebrations of the Wildlife Week.
Hackers crawl out of woodwork  
The stereotyped image of hackers was put to rest by around 200 software developers in a two-day event called 'Hackday' organised by Yahoo in Bangalore and London.

"There was so much rubbish in the semi-precious jewellery market in India that I decided to step in. I created a centre niche with jewellery that looked fine yet affordable," asserts Pavan Anand of Dagmar jewellery fame.
