No water supply
BWSSB R T Nagar is not releasing water properly to CPV Block, 5th Main, 5th Cross Road, Ganganagar. I have been deprived of water during the last 10 months.
In spite of that, I am paying a minimum monthly water bill of Rs 73 per month. BWSSB R T Nagar has turned a deaf ear to my frequent complaints.
May I appeal to BWSSB authorities to kindly instruct operators at R T Nagar area to release sufficient water and remedy the situation.

Bad roads
Almost a year ago, the road from the Arch on the Vidyaranyapura Main Road to the famous Sri Kalika Durgaparameshwari Temple was widened and footpath laid. While doing so, jelly was put on the 6'-8' road but no asphalting done. It is non-motorable and even walking is difficult with stones everywhere. Parking of vehicles has become even more difficult.
Also, the bus route from Vidyaranyapura main bus stand to the next stop – the Jelly factory – route No 401B, K & R joining M S Palya to Yelahanka route is so horrible, thanks to the potholes in the one km. Travelling on buses have become a big pain, including backache.
When it rains, two wheeler riders invariably get mud water splashed. Will the authority look into these problems and do the needful at the earliest.

Incomplete work
I would like to bring to your notice two important things on New BEL Road. BWSSB’s claim in your newspaper regarding their readiness for the rain will come to shambles if you could ask your photographer to take a picture of the work being carried out on the major drain passing under the New BEL road bridge.
The whole drain is blocked with construction material and this has been so for a long time.
Along with this, huge indiscriminate dumping of waste mud and bricks on the east side of the approach road towards the bridge close to the drain from M S Ramaiah Hospital side going on for many months have missed the eyes of the authorities.
The huge mounds being dumped daily will surely flow into the drain during the rains making the silt-removing contractor’s purse huge.
Also, I would like to point out that white paint markings are missing on all humps on the New BEL road. This with the Sadashivnagar traffic police station right on this road. Is the traffic police waiting for somebody to die on these humps before it takes up painting? Please take up these issues on priority for Bangalore.
