The Dasara Sports Meet ended on a good note with two records being set here on Wednesday.

Shraddha Rani of Bangalore City set a new meet record clocking 18:42.61 seconds in the women’s 5000M on the closing day of the Dasara Games here on Wednesday. She broke the previous record of 19:18.4 set by Thippavva Sannakki of Belgaum in 2003.

In the men’s 4x400-metre relay, Bangalore City bettered their own record of 4:00:04 seconds set in the year 1990. They clocked 3:25.05 seconds on Wednesday.

Mysore Division bagged the overall championships with 361 points.
