China's Yafei Zhou smashed the meet record in women's 50M butterfly event as the Military World Games swimming event resumed after a day's break.
Zhou timed 26.64S to set the new mark while her compatriot Hui Qi won the 200M breaststroke in 2:29.23 for another record.
Russia's Darya won her second gold, topping the women's 200M freestyle with a meet record of 2:00.04. Serhi Breus of Ukraine was the other record-breaker of the day, in the men's 50M butterfly, timing 24.15 seconds.
None of the Indians managed to progress to the final on the day. S Ratheesh (27.86 seconds) ended seventh in the 50M butterfly heats, TC Aju (2:04.42) finished seventh in the 200 freestyle and S P Lenka (2:37.89) was fifth in the 200 breaststroke heats. Arun Kumar was disqualified in the 200 freestyle.
