Five killed
Davangere/Gadag, dhns: Five people were killed in separate rain related incidents since Saturday.
According to a Davangere report, two persons were killed as more than 40 houses collapsed in different parts of the district since Saturday.

Two women were killed on the spot in a house collapse in Ramanagondahalli village of the district.
Another person died when lightning struck at Hiremegalagere village of Harapanahalli taluk.
According to a Gadag report, two girls were washed away in flash floods near Shigli village on Saturday afternoon. The victims were washing clothes when flash floods came.
