The incidence of breast cancer is increasing rapidly in India and it is the second most common cancer among women here. In line with their objective of promoting preventive healthcare, Columbia Asia Medical Center-Hebbal, a part of Healthcare major, Columbia Asia Group, has organised a special Health Screening programme exclusively for women.
The programme has two packages – one for women below the age of 35 and one for those above the age. The program will be conducted till October 31 from 9 am to 4 pm. Call helpline 080-4179 1000 for appointments.
The package for those below 35 years will include Routine blood investigations, ECG, Pap smear and optional tests would include Ultrasound Pelvis and Mammography along with a doctor consultation and is available at a subsidised cost of Rs. 500 only. The package for those above 35 consists of Mammography, Pap smear, Ultrasound Pelvis, ECG, X ray chest, blood test and review by doctor with reports. It costs Rs. 1, 500 only.
