The Bajrang Dal’s Sankirtana Yatra passed off peacefully in Chikmagalur on Wednesday.
The dattamaladharis took out a procession through the main roads of the town. Atmananda Swamiji of Sagar flagged off the procession.  Those in the procession shouted slogans in praise of Lord Dattatreya, Anasuya Devi, and Lord Ram.

This year, there were no provocative slogans that accompanied the shobha yatra of the years before.
