Sebi, on Thursday, cleared the proposal to set up a separate exchange for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to enable them to access risk capital. “The Board has cleared the proposal for a separate exchange for SMEs,” Sebi Chairman, M Damodaran, told reporters.
