Approval of Karnataka Udyog Mitra also has been obtained. The building has two basement floors exclusively for car parking and with the approval of comprehensive development plan, this Technology Park is poised to embark on constructing the second tower—to make it a twin tower building—since the foundation and other requisites are already in place.
