The 33-year-old designer, who earlier this year was on Newsweek magazine’s list of people to watch in 2007, is being held without bail. He made a brief appearance in Los Angeles court on Friday. Jon faces 59 indictments that include forcible rape, lewd acts upon a child, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and attempted forcible oral copulation. Jon was first arrested by the Beverly Hills Police on March 6.

Anthony Brooklier, Jon’s attorney, said the women who made the allegations against Jon were involved in collusion against the designer.
