Aurko showcased Kolkata ' to the world in their launch video Nadiyaa last year. It got them prestigious Channel nominations like MTV Super Select, Channel Vs Next big thing, B4U Music and Southern Spice Music's Artiste of the Month.

During this Durga Puja , Aurko returned to its roots "Kolkata" with ABAH, which theye describe as "the new sound of India.” The music was written, composed, arranged, played and launched in 45 days to be in time for the Durga puja. Aurko has just returned to Bangalore after a marathon nine days, six states and 14 high energy concerts at amphitheatres, football grounds, puja pandals, distressed Child Home, apartment complex, even inside trams and a Dasara concert along Ganga.
“The music loving audience Kolkata did not shy away to give standing ovation to Aurko across these cities and venues when the Bangalore band whispered Ami Tomake Bhalobashi Kolkata and called the Dhakis on stage to play live and jam on stage with their traditional drums with the band - Un plugged.... Un rehearsed” recalls Supratik the lead singer.
ABAH stocks just reached Bangalore and Aurko will be playing ABAH Live in Brigade Road Planet M Live on October 31 at 6.45 Pm onward and will handover autographed copy of ABAH to all their fans.
