Mysore races put off to Thursday
Owing to heavy rains which rendered the track unsuitable for racing, the Stewards of the Mysore Race Club postponed the races scheduled for Sunday to Thursday, November 1. The same card will hold good, according to a press release from the Mysore Race Club.

Rangers outclass BEML (RC)
Rangers blanked BEML (RC) 3-0 in the ‘C’ Division football league at the ITI ground on Sunday. Bhanu put Rangers ahead with his seventh-minute effort. Eight mi nutes later Suresh doubled the tally. Satish rounded off the tally slotting the third goal for his team in the 54th minute.

JIRS lift U-19 hockey title
Jain International Residency School, Bangalore defeated IVY League Academy 3-1 in the final to lift the under-19 boys section CBSE South Zone hockey title at the JIRS Sports Complex on Saturday.
