Internet will help the rural children to enter the mainstreams of the world, said ZP President Deerghakeshi Shivanna.
Speaking after inaugurating “Student Internet World 2007” organised by the Zilla Panchayat, DDPI, NIC, Kionicks and BSNL, she said internet helps to get information with the touch of a button.
Student internet world will be organised for students from VII standard to X standard.
Deputy Commissioner K R Niranjan said internet has entered all spheres of life. Students must know how to operate internet.
