Sri S Madhusudananandapuri Swamiji, one of the two swamijis claiming succession to Omkarashrama at Omkara Hills in Srinivisapura, Bangalore, has moved the High Court against the Bangalore South Sub-divisional Magistrate’s action in ordering Government take over of management of the Ashram properties.

In the criminal petition, the swamiji,  sought the Court to quash the order passed on Oct 24, 2007 by the Magistrate.

The swamiji’s petition is posted for preliminary hearing before Justice AC Kabbin on Tuesday.
