Residents of Rancho Bernardo are the worst affected and now have to put up with ash and unhealthy air almost everywhere, instead of scenic canyon views and plush green golf courses.
Right: The sacred Battle Mountain in Rancho Bernardo was hit by wildfires at 4 30 am Oct 22. Though the entire mountain was destroyed by fire, the divine + on top of this mountain was miraculously untouched;the houses on its foothills too emerged unscathed.
