Chandagodu villagers began their indefinite protest urging the authorities to distribute title deeds, in front of Deputy Commissioner’s office in Chikmagalur district.

They said “40 members of Kesavinahakklu village survey no 74 have been demanding title deeds for the past several years.”

They urged to evacuate those who had encroached the land and to distribute title deeds to all. Protestors also urged to suspend the allocation of land under forum no 53.
