Sridevi educational institution founder Dr M R Hulinayakar said on Monday that artists should strive hard to unite society by their creative works.
He was speaking at the graphic workshop inauguration function and said that the drawing artists by developing an understanding about nature should depict through their painting society’s picture.
An artiste’s work is like holding a mirror to the society. However intelligent a man is, the fine arts depict the creativeness of man. At this stage graphic technology which has become a challenge to the artists should make use of it properly, he advised.
Reflection of self
Zilla Panchayat CEO Manojkumar Meena who inaugurated the workshop said a person might take up any profession, but if he involves himself in some form of art then it is possible for him to reflect the feeling of the society.
Bapuji educational institution founder secretary M Basavaiah presided. Kannada and Culture department assistant director K Sudheendra and workshop director H Baburao were present on the dais.
