The Post workers of the Pavagada taluk have protested against the central governments anti labour policy by calling a one day postal bandh. The workers in all the postal departments across the taluk were absent for the work as mark of protest.The workers were opposing the cancellation of new appointments, reduction in the job posts and burdening of new jobs over the existing staff.
