The Uttar Pradesh Information Commission has served a notice to Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan asking him for the basis for his election slogan on TV channels to suggest that crime was less in the state.

The Uttar Pradesh Information Commission has served a notice to Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan asking him for the basis for his election slogan on TV channels to suggest that crime was less in the state.

His slogan “UP me hai dum, jurm hai yahan kam” was aired by the news channels during assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh during April-May this year.
