*India on the other hand have been poor chasers of targets over 300. In 29 matches, India have won six, lost 21 and have been involved in one no-result.
*India and the earlier three century partnerships for the wicket were: 144 (MJ Clarke/ BJ Haddin at Bangalore on Sep tember 29, 2007), 143 (A Symonds/ MJ Clarke at Melbourne on Jan 9, 2004) and 111 (DR Martyn/ MG Bevan at Mumbai on Nov 1, 2003).
