DH News Service,Kolar:

Chief Civil Judge Mallikarjuna Kinakeri has opined that people should not approach the courts for trivial issues.
He was speaking at a free legal awareness programme organised by the District Legal Services Authority, District Central Advocates’ Association and Bhagat Singh Rural Youth Welfare Association, at Dodnahalli in Kolar taluk.

“People should be ware of their rights and responsibilities. Daughters have equal rights in their father’s properties. They should amicably settle trivial issues, if any and desist from approaching the courts,” he added.
