A young man was  killed after he came in contact with a  live  wire on thursday afternoon. Devaraj(27) was cleaning the over head tank  at his  residence when  accident occurred and  killed  him. It is said the electric wire that ran over his  house touched his hand when he  was cleaning the water tank.

The electric  shock saw him topple from the parapet and plummet to his  death.
The Sira police has lodged a case and is  conducting further  investigations in the  matter said the police .
