Britney gets visitation rights to her children
A California judge has ruled that Britney Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline will keep custody of the couple’s two toddlers, but the judge granted the troubled pop star monitored visitation rights to Sean Preston (2), and Jayden James (1), DPA reports from Los Angeles.
The ruling by Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon on Wednesday came after a three hour session, two days after he revoked joint custody of the children.
Lawyers said Gordon took the kids from Spears because she failed to perform court-mandated drug tests and drove the children around Los Angeles without a licence. Spears, 25, was issued an interim California driving licence on Tuesday.
Kate Moss turned down by Doherty
In an effort to get Pete Doherty back, supermodel Kate Moss said she would take him back if he signed a legal contract with strict behaviour rules, IANS reports from London.
Moss tried to get him to give up drugs but Doherty, who recently tested positive for drugs and is winning rave reviews for his latest album, did not fall for it.
A source said: “Pete is finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and could once more start to realise his potential. It looks like he’s clean at last and he really does want to start again, and that means not going back to Kate no matter how much he loves her.
“He’s also realised, through therapy in rehab, that being subordinated in the relationship like a naughty child exacerbates his addiction problem.”
