As part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of the Indian Air Force (IAF), Air Force Station Yelahanka is conducting an Air Force Mahotsav week from October 1 to 8.

During the Mahotsav, Air Force station Yelahanka will be conducting a series of events.

A visit to the Air Force base is being organised for the occupants of an old age home where they will be looked after the day by the President and members of the Air Force Wives Association (Local).

An health camp was organised for the people in the localities around Yelahanka which was inaugurated on Thursday by Air Commodore Ravi Dhar, Air Officer Commanding, Air Force Station Yelahanka.

In addition to this a general check up for school children of the local village school was also conducted and minor ailments were treated on the spot.
