To assist home-seekers in their property search, HDFC on Friday announced the commencement of ‘Namma Mane’, a three day property exhibition, at Kanteerva Indoor Stadium here. Around 42 developers, exhibiting over 150 projects, are participating in this exhibition.

“This exhibition will provide all property related services under the same roof. The endeavour is to make the experience hassle free and a pleasurable one,” Keki Mistry, MD, HDFC  said. Mr Mistry informed that trained and experienced counsellors of HDFC will be present at the venue to assist home-seekers with their requirements, be it on the spot approval of loan or free counselling on legal  documentation. The show will exhibit projects from Bangalore and cities like Mysore, Chennai and Kochi under the price range of Rs 35 lakh and Rs 5 crore.
Last year, HDFC disbursed Rs 980 cr and this year it has already disbursed Rs 1,340 crore in Karnataka.
