This is with regards to the recent articles that I have been reading in newspapers about BSNL (Bangalore Telecom Circle), that all the broadband connections that have been pending from last few months would be completed by this month end.

I had applied for a Broadband connection on 19-05-2007. At the time of receiving the application it was mentioned that it would take 1 month time to get the connection. It's been more than 5 months since I had applied for connection. I do not have any updates on the application status. Every 15 days I visit the customer care center (Jayanagar 3rd Block) but the answer is the equipment is not ready.

I Tried sending across emails to senior BSNL members by surfing the ID's in www.bangaloretelecom.com website and all the email ID's bounced back.

Recently in one of the articles, it was mentioned that all the 20,000 connections that are pending for Broadband connection would be completed by this month end. I do not know whether my application is one among the 20,000 applications or for how many more months I have to wait  to get a broadband connection from one of the biggest telecom providers in India.
