Play-mates kill 3-year-old boy
DH News Service, Chandigarh:

A three-year-old boy was killed  by his two playmates (aged 10 and 11) at Nawanshahar in Punjab recently.
Nearly 12 days after the boy was found dead on the roof of an abandoned building, the two boys were  questioned by the police.

They confessed that they had stabbed him with a broken bottle after a fight had occurred between them over a petty issue while playing.

The police have arrested both of the accused under Section 302  of the Indian Penal Code.

Senior Superintendent of Police V Chander Shekhar said the two accused would be sent to juvenile home.
