FIIs focus on emerging marts
Emerging market economies including India flourishing under attention from the foreign investors are rejoicing as equity funds focused on this region witnessed an inflow of $five bn in the first week of this month, a latest report says in New Delhi.
“Emerging market equity funds have absorbed $5.21 bn for the first week of October. Over the past 6 weeks these funds have taken a net $18.9 bn while seeing collective portfolio gain of 19.69 pc,” says EPFR, a fund flow tracker.
