At least ten labourers were killed and another three  injured after a fire broke out in a textile mill in Panipat in Haryana on Sunday.

According to reports, short circuit caused the fire. Fire brigades were rushed to the spot immediately.
Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has announced Rs one lakh each, to the next of kin of the deceased. He has also ordered an inquiry into the incident.
