A sand laden lorry collided with a motorbike at Lingenahalli near Madhugiri, killing one on the spot and injuring another.

Attanna (35) was riding the motorbike when it  collided with the lorry that was on its way from Midigeshi and was killed on the  spot. The deceased was a teacher at Midigeshi. His pillion  rider Thimmaraya, who is also a resident of  Midigeshi was injured and has been  admitted  in the Madhugiri hospital for  further  treatment.

Case registered
A case has been  registered by  Sub-inspector Shiva prasad. Further investigations are being  conducted Hanumantha Reddy. Dy SP Shivashankar visited the  spot.
